One morning, you woke up and found out that you have a zit on your forehead. What is body acne?

This kind of acne is a disease of the skin. These pimples fall under the same category as black heads, or blocked hair follicles all over the body, particularly on the chest, arms and back.

  • Try medicated scrubs – There are a number of brands carrying medicated body scrubs with Salicylic Acid or Benzoyl Peroxide. These are effective against fighting skin bacteria.
  • Wear loose and cotton clothing – Let your skin breathe so as not to be irritated and to keep your skin cool.
  • Drink water – This will help clean your fluids in your body and pores, as well.
